Government Shutdown

06 Apr

Well, here we go again. All you can do is shake your head sadly and wonder just how blind the government is. I mean, really, they have all of these highly intelligent people that get paid on our tax dollars, and their job is to forecast the future of the US.

So far I’m not impressed with their vision and the whole lot of them should go down to the nearest 20/20 vision store and get a checkup. I find it amazing that a great majority of the population saw this coming before the government did, and yet, here we stand on the brink of shutdown.

But maybe they did see this coming. Maybe, just maybe, our government is playing us today so they can pass some other bill or amendment that will force us into the cattle paddock. Pretty soon they’ll be prodding us into the cargo trucks and hauling us all to the slaughterhouse.

I’m not much into conspiracy theories, but even I saw this crisis coming, as I did with the financial meltdown and banking crisis. So if I saw these events coming, why didn’t they?

What I really think is the government is getting closer to declaring a Bank Holiday. They will shut down the government offices, close down the banks, and then push for the Amero; a joint currency between Canada, the United States and Mexico. They will claim the only way America can get out of debt is to take on this new currency. Once we do, the government can reopen and do business as normal.

Sadly, the majority of people will vote in favor as the government will make certain that there is no other choice and the best course of action will be to create the North American Union so we can adopt the Amero.

Anyway, I’m not saying this will happen soon, but there are rumors circulating about a massive change. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see and invest in gold and real estate. Just in case . . .

I sometimes wonder how is it that ordinary men and women work for big and small companies and these same ordinary people from diverse backgrounds and ideologies meet, brainstorm, plan, make decisions, and implement those decisions for the successes of their companies, all for just simple hourly wages or salaries. And they do all this, without fanfare, and to a large degree, quite harmoniously. Yet, this same process cannot be done by politicians for the success of their country and its people.
